International Payment Terms
All payments must be made in U.S. currency. Confirmed payment is required on some international orders. If payment is made by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, then a $300 surcharge applies. Letters of Credit must comply with QTL Biosystems Terms and Conditions for these payments.

International Shipping
Door-to-door international shipping can be arranged by QTL Biosystems at reasonable cost to most international destinations. For fastest and most convenient delivery, we recommend that customers allow QTL Biosystems to select the carrier, but if customers prefer, QTL Biosystems use the carrier specified by the customer. Shipping quotes can be provided.

Standard Warranty
QTL Biosystems warrants its consumable products to be free from defects in performance specification for 3 months from date of invoice. The warranty is void for all intents and purposes if the product is not stored under the specified conditions. The warranty covers the cost to replace the product. If the shipment is to a location outside the United States, the customer will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and freight clearance charges if applicable.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
